  It would be unrealistic to think anyone is perfect. Mistakes happen and often the resolution is what really defines someone. I was shipped the wrong item, but it was clearly an honest mistake, and it was rectified VERY quickly. For that, I consider these folks as good and honest sellers. Thanks for getting the item to me!
