  I have bought from the seller multiple times before. They always have great prices. I always have got exactly what is advertised. The products are always boxed. It says to me the seller cares. I appreciate they were able to communicate and help me. No I didn't need this item because I already had it I will definitely be buying from the seller again. Thank you

  Item arrived, not packaged very well, and the stater had tore the gasket. Upon notifying the seller they did send the replacement gasket, at no charge. So that part was all OK. It just sent me back from getting my project finished about a week. Other than that the item seems to be as described, we’ll see if the quality is there overtime. excellent communication from the seller. Would recommend this seller.

  Accurate and fast seller. Will use again. Item received was exactly as advertised and in brand new condition. Also, I ordered very near Christmas day and expected slow handling time due to the holiday but was surprised to receive the item just as quickly as normal. I can't comment on communication because we didn't need to communicate, which to me is another mark of a good seller and good business. Thank you.

  I received the box, but box was damaged and blades were missing. Other smaller parts were in there. Someone actually put a hole in the box and stole them. My advise to the company is to not put the description of the items on the outside of the box. Greater chance of thief. I reached out to the company right off and they shipped new blades to me. So customer service is good, which is one of the most important things. I would order from them again. Shipped quickly.

  Had an issue with my order, the cable I got was way too short compared to my original and the description of this listing. The numbers were right, but appears either the listing was wrong or packaged wrong. Had a little trouble with customer service not understanding this. Finally after a couple of days I got a full refund and told me not to worry about sending it back. I don't have a use for it, but I gave it to a buddy. I'll continue to buy from Caltric as they have always been good to me!

  Seller shipped item fast, the price was good, and product was great. Item was held at shipping company for two weeks for some reason. Contacted seller and issue was resolved same day. Would definitely buy from seller again A+++
