  Seller shipped incorrect item at first. After getting in contact with seller they sent the correct item and made things right. One thing I can say is that from my experience they pack their items for shipping very well. The device I ordered was VERY fragile and arrived with no damage as they shipped it double boxed with lots of padding. I cant say enough good things about their packing. Ratings are for the final item received as the initial item did not match the pictures or description.

  Item was great - packaged carefully arriving in perfect condition. Unfortunately I did not have a compatible motherboard to install and needed to return. The seller was SUPER! Excellent communication and very easy to arrange for a return. Absolutely recommend this Seller!

  Heh, this might have been my third order, or it could be my second from this awesome seller. 3 orders. 8 drives. All came quick and well packaged. This seller is awesome and I will look here first from now on. These reviews on mobile don't give enough info to tell me which one of almost identical orders I am looking at. Hence my confusion as to which order this was. I forgot to leave feedback promptly....

  These guys are great. Had a problem with the first panel, I received. Sent an email. They called me immediately replaced it with another one.No questions asked. Top of the line service!
