    Overall a problem-free transaction. Great communication from seller who was willing to change shipping mode to lower the cost at buyer's request. Item was packaged securely and it arrived intact with no damage using the lower cost shipping mode. Thanks.

    Excellent seller who responds to emails promptly. It was mailed quickly & very well packed. My issue is with the mandatory ebay mailing system that sellers must use. It is very expensive and slows down the shipping process. My item was mailed Sept 3, then was 11 days in 5 different locations in IL from Sept 6-17, delivered on Sept 19. DHL was also involved, not sure why. In the past, a parcel mailed from CA with USPS would reach Ottawa in 7-8 days and delivered by Canada Post, not 16 days.
