  Seller’s description stated “pieces in picture 3 were included “. Only received part. I contacted seller and was told not everything was included. Declined to give me a partial refund after stating they changed the description to avoid any further confusion- to me that is admitting the error.

  Pieces are pieces, the picture in question did show a partial side of a basket, & the cut pieces next to it. She expected to receive a boardwalk basket & parts for $8.99 + $6.66 shipping. I declined a refund because I only made $6.34 And she told me she was going to leave negative feedback because I wouldn't give her money back. Yes I did change the listing, I did it clarify the parts only was in the auction. Even though I had already sold another without any issue. 1st time I've wrote back here
