    The item arrived in a timely manner. The box was dent upon delivery. Opened the contents which were wrapped very carefully and cellophane wrap as I open the box the lid of a soup urine was chipped. It broke during transport I quickly notified the seller and sent her photos. She was prompt to respond and gave me a quick refund. I was so pleased with her response. Thank you Beth for being so quick about this matter.

    The plates are beautiful and just as described. The seller did an excellent job of packing. The box was quite banged up in USPS! But the plates arrived in perfect condition. I would happily buy from the seller again.
