  Packaged really well and instructions were easy to access via qr code. Had issues with initial delivery because item was delivered to the wrong address but after communicating with the seller they re-sent the item straight away. Seller was quick to respond and very helpful. Customer service is excellent if needed.

  Whilst I can not offer a rating for this item as it was purchased as a gift, I can say that I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I am certain the recipient is going to be stoked when they get it. I will also take this opportunity to thank the vendor for such excellent customer service, given the fact there was an initial delay with shipping they responded to all my correspondance in both a timely and professional manor. Item arrived suitably packaged, intact and was exactly as described.

  Haven't checked if all of the pieces are in the box, came in 36 individual bags. Fast delivery once product was dispatched. PDF manual seems to be in individual pages, though. ~3100 files. Item received successfully.
