Item was despatched the first weekday after I ordered it and delivery was well within the range specified, and was probably as fast as you could expect Australian Mail to deliver. This seller had the best price I was able to find, with free shipping.

When I notified the seller of my mistake, they were very understanding and once I organised the return of the watchband, the seller quickly posted the correct replacement band. The seller was professional, courteous and understanding and a pleasure to deal with. The watchband is very good quality and arrived very quickly. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.

I did have to pay for the return but it was my fault..so hint always re check. As soon as they received it back , took a few days but they refunded my money back so good outcome.. They do communicate very well as well..

My advice to the company is to advertise it has these thin layers on the site or in the packaging.
