    Dice were the wrong color. I ordered pink and got multicolor. Seller ask if I wanted a refund or pink dice. I told him pink dice. He never responded.

    I had order 3 sets of 6 dice, but only received 3 dice total. I waited two weeks for a response from the seller on this issue, but never received a response. The seller did eventually reach out to resolve the issue, and I got the missing dice.

    Buyer is completely correct, I made a mistake on the order and dropped the ball on communications. The issue was ultimately resolved, but not without delay. This one is 100% on me. Sorry again, but I appreciate your revision to neutral following the dice being delivered.
