  It was shipped as shown in the pictures. It was packaged in a large box and could have been placed in the smallest shipping shipping box at the post office. Shipping charged was excessive for what I received for the price involved. Items are as described.

  Item as described. Packaged well. Shipping was combined with another item, however they charged separately for shipping both items in the same box. In my opinion, that's poor form and a poor business practice, making it a bad value.

  The item I ordered unfortunately arrived damaged due to extraordinarily rough handling during shipping, through no fault of the seller's packaging, which was very well done. The seller worked with me promptly and professionally to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction (exceeding my expectations). It's rare to encounter someone with such integrity and commitment to doing right by the customer.

  As described - shipping charges were overstated I believe. Shipped Fed Ex but was packed in a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box with a Fed EX label slapped on.

  Seller sent four motors. Three were causing my machine to blow a fuse. When I reported this to him he says if I choose to return them he would block me. I later realized that 3 were the wrong motors entirely and showed him they were wrong. No reply, delayed the return, delayed the refund. Never got an apology, just threats. By far the worst experience on eBay, how is this person allowed to do this to people over and over again? Wow. Just wow. Never again Bruce. How shameful!

  You can clearly see the picture of what you sent. Wowie Zowie gear motors are a Dayton 2L010, 25rpm motor. You sent me other random motors that were incorrect. Sure, maybe they were tested but they are not the correct motors. Bruce, you really are the biggest arcade parts scammer on eBay. Anyone who can zoom in on the picture above will see you have lost the ability to be honest. That’s why your feedback looks the way it does. Buyer beware !!!!!!

  Glad I got this item for my machine made all of the difference and the seller was very accurate about the description no damage to the item. Shipping was a bit high but, that's my opinion and we came to an agreement to make an offer so the seller was really fair about his prices. Shipping was quick and glad I was able to find this item. I highly recommend this seller. A+++
