Founded in 2011 from a kitchen table and now reaching a thousand AV dealers and end users each month all over the world. Headquartered in beautiful Gilbert Arizona, Broomstick AV is a team of 8 passionate people all dedicated to serving those in the custom installer market. We specialize in well cared for, previously used gear because that’s what we are passionate about. We believe that every home owner should have the option to extend the life of their system even after it is no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Over the last 10 years, Brian and his hard-working staff have shipped over 40,000 items all over the wold. That’s 40,000 pieces tested, cleaned, photographed, listed and shipped. That’s 40,000 people who have provided valuable feedback about what’s important to them when they buy used gear online.

    This was my second purchase with this seller and everything went very smoothly. The packaging was exactly what I had hoped for and the item arrived in perfect condition.     Broomstick6 is a total pro, and highly recommended. The product was exactly as described (which you expect).. but what separates this seller is their attention to detail during shipping. The product expertly wrapped with loads of Styrofoam & packing peanuts in a very large box. The only way FedEx could have damaged my receiver would have been to drive over the box with one of their trucks, Very happy with the entire experience from beginning to end,

    I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. There was an issue caused in shipping, through no fault of Brian, and the way that Brian dealt with the issue was the epitome of fantastic customer service. His communication and the level of patience and understanding shown was exceptional, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would heartily recommend Brian as a seller and wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.
