  The item arrived on time, as described. It shipped the same day, just as promised. A minor note: Tracking wasn't provided until the day of delivery! That left me thinking it hadn't shipped. I sent two messages asking when it would ship and got no response. While the item still arrived fast, a quick update or earlier tracking would have been a nice touch. Overall, this was truly a 5-star experience for the product quality and shipping speed. But probably a 3 star for communication.

  Listed as having "Scratch and dent" but more like a small crack, worse than blurry pictures suggested. Also should not have been listed as "Open Box" considering damage. However, still a decent value, packaged well, delivered on time.

  I realized that this was not the item I wanted and I tried to immediately cancel the order. This item though advertised as brand new in a sealed package was not returnable (even 1 minute afterward). Items I ordered after this item arrived many days before this item. Since the item was not returnable I planned on gifting it. Unfortunately the outer wrapping was torn making it inappropriate to give as a gift.
