    Fast shipping, good communication, item as described. However, item was poorly packaged in cut cardboard to size with no bubble wrap, paper or peanuts for protection and received some minor damage. Unacceptable for a $70 plus item. A-

    Great seller! Item was delivered in great condition as seller had described and shown in pictures (with the exception of one item which the plastic completely separated from the cardboard without any negative impact on the actual figure), packaging was secure and well protected, it shipped fast and was received on time! A truly great seller that I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again! Thank you!

    Item had a few flaws, which had not been mentioned in the description, which I was capable of correcting, four-day quick shipping, fast four-day delivery via USPS, packaging was adequate, and the value would work-out to be about half to three quarters the price for a new pen from the manufacturer. Thank you.

    The seller was very clear and honest about their knowledge of the condition of the item, and were willing to negotiate the price. It shipped in decent time, and was as described! Very happy with this transaction!

    Product was shipped immediately and arrived in great physical condition, as described. A slight mechanical issue was discovered and the seller refunded my purchase right away, with no questions asked. Although the product turned out to have an issue outside of the seller’s control, I highly recommend them as dealing with them was very easy and it is clearly an ethical operation.
