  I ordered 3 - one of each colour. Only the white one fitted my bra. When I explained they had been of different sizes and sent a picture they tried to find some in the warehouse that were both the right size and colour. sent out 2 replacements that were the same size as the 1st 2 sent (that were the wrong size) & then said they would refund the two that are incorrect sizes and that I should just keep the 4 - they are no use to me as do not fit my bras but as they offered a refund seems fair.

  Great ebayer! Initially the wrong item was dispatched but the correct item was immediately sent with no questions when this came to light. In addition the supplier let me keep the wrong item. The supplier was quick to respond to all communication.The nail file is as described and does the job it is intended to do.
