  The monitor arrived and was as described, in appearance, open box, like new. But there was a hardware defect internally so I requested a refund from the seller. He refunded my payment the next day. I appreciate his standing behind the sale and would buy from him again. It was a good value and the Samsung quality was apparent. But its tech, stuff happens. Shipping etc.

  The listing is for Open Box but honestly this is basically brand new. The exterior packaging may be slightly scuffed or damaged but the device is absolutely pristine. Arrived lightning fast! Well packaged, extremely great price! This seller is fantastic, I would shop here again because I already have. I bought two of them, and the seller was kind enough to send them in different shipments at different times because that's what I needed. If I needed them bundled I would've bought it that way. A+

  Item is in described consdition. Seller was away and shipping still didn't happen right away they were back and took a week to receive the item that was stated located 25 miles from my delivery address. Scattered communication. Customer service skill could be improved.
