  Arrived on time and as described. A really nice item. Came in a packet, postage £1.28, with my three other orders. However, I had been charged £1.25 for each order, making a total of £5. I told the seller of this and was refunded £3.75, perhaps the barely-literate writer of its response unable to calculate correctly the precise amount due! I could have written again, but what sort of reply would I have received? After the refund the cost of postage deserves 5 Stars. Overall, money well spent.

  This item I purchased recently arrived in my post box today along with several items I purchased at the same time in the same packet, Packaging was done very neatly and securely, the item was exactly as described in the ebay description with the photograph of the item and represents great value for the money spent, the seller was a pleasure to do business with and is highly recommended by me.

  Unfortunately, the envelope package did not arrive, presumably mislaid in the post. Seller immediately offered refund but I offered to wait for delivery for another week. Excellent communications. No quibble refund paid as agreed. Still no sign of package!! Excellent eBay retailer.

  Multiple order of stamps received yesterday. They were well packaged and exactly as described by the seller. I requested an invoice combining the postage, which took 2 days to arrive, during which time I received 24 emails from eBay demanding payment - an unnecessary action since they knew I was waiting for an invoice. I had expected the postage to be combined as £1.25. Instead, I was charged £1.50.
