I received the item without incident. The tracking didn't update after it was issued so, I sent a question to the seller. I received a prompt response about the nature of the tracking. Super nice quality, beautiful & smooth jump rings! This was the only supplier I could find ANYWHERE in this size, since my previous supplier went out of business. I was thrilled when this store owner was able to source exactly what I needed in the size I needed, and then topped that off with FREE SHIPPING! AMAZING! The jump rings were carefully packaged. I have purchased from them in the past and will be back to purchase more. Highly recommend!
