    The product is just as advertised and exactly what I was expecting, however there were issues with the shipping. The package was sent USPS to Texas where I live. It got to the DFW area distribution centers and got hung up. It made 2 to 3 trips each from Dallas, Fort Worth, and Coppell distribution centers and over week late from the original delivery date. I have a friend that works for USPS and they said it got hung up because an old label was left on the package so it was confusing scanners.

    This has to be one of the best sellers eBay has. I purchased a dog shock training collar item but I myself ordered a bark collar instead and upon asking them if they could please cancel the order even after they had already started processing for shipment they did not hesitate and actually almost instantly released the funds back into my account. I cannot be any more pleased with somebody even though I was not able to get the product through them I could not have any complaints 100% positive
