  This starter solenoid was shipped to me as soon as the seller got my order. However the USPS took eleven days to get it from MN. to Salisbury NC. This was no fault of the seller. I received the solenoid finally, it was packaged well and it was of good quality. The seller replied back to me promptly when I contacted him and I will definitly order from him again.++++++++++++AAAAAAAAAAAA++++++

  Starter arrived quickly, in acceptable condition even though box was damaged & ripped open. I suggest better packaging securing the starter in the box. Appears to be a quality starter but time will tell. Much better value than OEM. I recommend this seller.

  The alternator arrived well packaged but when opening it I found the wiring harness damaged. I contacted the seller and asked for guidance. He replied that he only sells "NEW" and I should return it. I then asked him if he would send me another ASAP which I will pay ahead for and I'd be willing to wait for the returns refund. No Reply. I emailed again, No Reply. Upon reading his condescending replies to negative ratings I can only say that I don't feel intimidated and won't buy from her again.

  Returning it is actually the solution since we are 1,000 miles apart. So because of your laziness and refusal to return the alternator (That was damaged in shipping---Not our fault (buyer stated it was well packed)) You decide to leave Negative feedback. Weird. You had the opportunity to buy another, yet you didn't...weird again. There were never multiple emails. YOU went quiet. It is not condescending if YOU the buyer is inept. This lady has lost her mind. No worries, you are BLOCKED!

  Didn’t use it had to order another one from another seller because Shipping was absolutely terrible the item got put into a wrong shipping container in Madison Wi. And went to New Orleans and Louisiana and Chicago and back to Two places in Minnesota it made the trip twice and it bypassed USPS in Madison the second time before it finally got to me , I didn’t return it because I was just to upset to deal with the USPS shipping in Madison, I left messages to USPS but no reply
