    Everything in terms of my experience with this seller has been excellent. Despite a mishap with the USPS the seller communicated the issue and was able to rectify it. The item came exactly as described in the listing and looked great. The shipping and packaging was excellent, and the item was packaged well enough that there was no damage to either the item or the packaging itself. I am pleased with this transaction and would gladly recommend this seller and do business with them again.

    Better than described! Shipping times are unpredictable, but I would rate them as average, and whether shipping costs are high or low is dependent on the need for the item, and in this sale, I would rate them as reasonable...the packaging was appropriate, and these little ladders made it across the USA in great shape. I was amazed that I could find what I was looking for at a very REASONABLE PRICE, and based on that, Black Forest Hobby, you're a GREAT SELLER!!!!!

    What a roller coaster! We were so excited to finally get the package today after watching it for months. Then opened it up & came to find out that it's a KIT!... that needs to be glued... and there are no instructions!! I don't remember anywhere in the listing where it said it was a kit, so, buyer be informed. Fortunately there aren't many parts and the plastic was well cut at the factory. Otherwise, the seller has pretty good stuff, but was slow to ship, high postage & firm in their prices.

    Great eBay seller; item arrived after some time and in great condition without any damage. Delay in shipping is probably due to USPS backlog. I would highly recommend this seller and would definitely purchase from again. The item appears to be new as advertised in a sealed container. I cannot wait to build the model and add it to the HO scale railroad.
