Hiii Everyone! We would like to take the time to say thank you for being so patient and understanding during this difficult time! If you have not heard yet, all carriers including UPS,USPS, and FedEx are going to be experiencing delays going into the busy season due to the increased number of packages and the decreased number of staff members.
We are working diligently daily to make sure all of our customers are taken care of with the up most importance. With this being said, some packages may take up to 10-15 days for delivery. We will be working with our local representatives to offer the best possible customer service during this difficult time.
If you see that your package is delayed, please reach out to us and we will work to place tracers on package to get the most recent updates (*note* tracer can take up to 2 weeks to get a response).
