    The postage was about right but due to tracking being provided, I had not idea when it would be delivered, having said that it arrived in the time predicted. Packaging of the parcel was excellent, making sure that the item arrived in perfect condition. The description was exactly correct the product being 'clean and in excellent condition'. Considering everything, I think the whole package was excellent value and I am very pleased with my purchase.

    This seller is fantastic! They have been amazing during this sale. I had some issues with the delivery which they helped me resolve (nothing to do with the seller). The seller parcelled the pony up beautifully and provided tracking. Pony is perfect! Communication was great - prompt, patient and helpful.. just wonderful, thank you!

    We cancelled the tray because the seller advised us that there was a mark on it which he had not previously noted so, whilst I was disappointment not to order the item, I am grateful to the seller for being honest with me and even offered to waive the delivery costs. Would highly rate this seller because of the professional way he handled the order and subsequent cancellation

    Great seller. Very quick to dispatch and delivery was speedy, small amount but safely packaged which was great - not a lot of waste. Dolls in good condition for age, as shown in photos. Good value. Thank you very much.

    Delivery was quicker than expected. The well packed chair is as described and seems like great value to me. Pity that the bloke in number 97 had to bring it over from his house where it had been delivered!! The missus is gonna love it!! Thanks
