  I cannot say enough good things about Bison Commerce's customer service. I had ordered 2 Mandalay Iron Glider chairs. Both arrived promptly and in good condition. However, one of the chairs had a manufacturing defect (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller (there was no contact info for the manufacturer) and described the problem. BC's customer service team went above and beyond to fix the situation in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from BC.

  Extremely pleased. The lamp was a very carefully packed and well protected, arriving fully intact and timely in its delivery. It looks exactly as pictured. The workmanship and materials are excellent. This is a gorgeous, beautifully crafted product. I am at a loss for words to adequately describe the beauty of this lamp.

  Ottoman came in a secured plastic wrap, arrived on time. It is quality material, and I love the way it pulls the room together. The color was as shown, and is in new condition. Overall it worth the money, will give us years of enjoyment.
