  My favorite mugs. Buying these to replace those broken over years of use. They were in beautiful condition, arrived quickly and very well packaged for shipment. Even with so much cushioning one of the four arrived broken. I notified the seller. Accidents happen, I was not asking for a refund. They provided a refund for the broken mug. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you

  Local pick up would have been nice had we known the item was literally in the next town over. It was very well packaged. Arrived in a timely manner. Better than described. Looks like a new machine. We had one of these that we bought new, well over 20 years ago that had seen better days. Best vacuum we’ve ever had so we’re happy to find another one. Thank YOU !

  This seller has a problem communicating. I had to pester at two junctures to get any answers. I was just trying to make arrangements to pick up my item but she was very slow to answer, even though it was a relatively high value transaction. It was such a pain dealing with her that I cancelled. At that point, I finally got a response from her with an inappropriately long letter about her lifestyle and values, which was of zero interest to me at that point. Memorably annoying.

  We exchanged 14 messages (5 sent by me) over 10 days; including a federal holiday and a weekend. She told me that she wanted to pickup 12/13 days later but needed my phone # and home address immediately. My "long letter" was simply stating that I do not check in on eBay during holidays/weekends/after business hours. I cancelled transactions for her 2x b/c she doesn't understand how eBay works. In 15+ years selling on eBay, this was my first Local Pickup gone sour. Agreed, memorably annoying.
