  Extremely well packed but was not as described. The rim of the glass was chipped and a spo of black was missing on the base. I shall be returning it for a refund. Very disappointed to have this hassle. Dealer was very quick to refund me and apologise for not noticing the flaws, and said to dispose of it as I wish rather than return it. His first response was to offer to send another one but this had a faded letter. This was a very disappointing buying experience.

  I am sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback as I dealt with this issue as promptly as I possibly could. I sent my apologies and immediately issued a full refund without the need to return the offending item. It would be nice if you could take the time to re-think the service that you received and adjust the damaging negative feedback?
