    Although I was happy with the seller and how professional they were, these webcams were both defective and had to be returned. A full refund was issued immediately, without fuss. I do not need a new webcam at this time, but when I do I will re-order from this excellent seller. The "condition" has recorded as "good" but this is incorrect. Nevertheless, I have no problems or complaints with this seller; the manufacturer has obviously been at fault sending substandard products, not the seller.

    The Hello Kitty Soft Plush CD Holder arrived in good condition, with quality craftsmanship, and the appearance is the same as pictured. It was well priced, however the shipping was a bit high considering that the item was shipped in a plastic bag with no box or additional protection. In addition to that, there was no tracking number provided and shipping took a long time to arrive.
