  My mug was shipped out fast and it was packaged super well, in a nice small box with tons of bubble wrap. Definitely secure. The buyer was very kind in being willing to negotiate the price so I felt like I got a good deal. And my mug came just as it was described. Looked great, almost like new. Definitely no major scratches or blemishes.
