  FOLDING OTTOMAN - I was aware I had purchased the last one and even though I haven't received it, ( not the sellers fault) the overall experience has still been good. I had waited a few days longer than the expected delivery time before I contacted them for an update. They found out it had gone missing in transit and as I had got the last one, a Refund was arranged. One of those things unfortunately, but dealt with quickly and it hasn't put me off ordering from here again.

  Much smaller than impression given on photos. Courier sadly let this company down. Ordered 2, one delivered, other disappeared into the ether. However, communications with company were exceptional and they really tried their best to track the missing item. I finally asked for a refund on the missing item when it was discovered the courier had 'lost' the second cabinet. Refund came through quickly and customer service was fantastic at keeping me informed.

  Item out of stock I guess? It was apparently dispatched untracked - so I reckon it was never actually dispatched at all. Shame cos it was for a birthday gift. But I received a refund as per the listing, so the seller did everything right in that respect and kept me updated. On that basis, and out of fairness, I decided to leave a positive rating. Would I buy from them again? Maybe.

  Arrived well packaged. Good solid sturdy item. Have waxed it and looks great. Had a broken hinge in the packaging but seller replied quickly and had a new one sent out which arrived very well packaged two days later. Fabulous service. Trustworthy seller. Thank you!
