  Item was shipped promptly and packed well. Seller agreed to accept return since the item was not working correctly. They immediately issued a return shipping label and the defective item was fully refurbished defective. While I was disappointed the amp did not work correctly I was very pleased with the seller and the entire refund process. Would absolutely consider purchasing from this seller again.
