  In the listing, the seller had said that there was SOME damage to the box but that doll was in good condition. When the box arrived, it was totally falling apart and the doll had marks and scratches on it. I have twice contacted the seller and they have not replied to either of my messages, hence the negative feedback 😕

  I am wondering if the shipping has made the packaging worse as yes there was damage to the box as per our listing photos (particularly the last one where we show the whole top of the box open)
