    Arrived well packaged and anti stat bagged. But don't be in a hurry to just slap the CPU into the carrier. On the pin pad side there was a bit of thermal paste bridging 5 of the connections. Not a big deal but if not seen...unknown consequences. Otherwise, an excellent transaction despite USPS. Recommended vendor.
