This was very expensive as it could've been easily been mailed in a small envelope which would have been 1/3 the price. To make matters worse, it took 18 days to arrive and when I contacted the seller requesting an update, the seller simply stated that the package was in route and is arriving late with no date given for arrival. Yes, I could have mailed the items in an envelope with stamps but then there would be no way to see where it was in the process of getting to you.Second, I have no control over the USPS system and any issues they may have had getting your package from Florida to Hawaii. I can only report what they tell me when there is an issue. Also I updated you once I knew the package arrived in Honolulu.I'm sorry your are so unhappy
