  For the prompt customer service I give them 5 stars. We were sent the wrong keg originally. They quickly sent the pin keg we had ordered to replace the ball keg they accidentally sent. As to the pin keg being a "top tier"? Nope 3 stars on that one. We ordered one as a representative sample of what to expect if we order a pallet's worth. That will be a no go.
