    The item arrived and worked perfectly. The item was exactly as the posting listed brand new. I think I bought the item at a very good price for the specs. The seller respond very quickly to any questions I had. The packing was very good as they double boxed the laptop and had plenty of packing material. It arrived within the shipping time they gave me.     So far it has been a phenomenal experience with this seller. The item was shipped very quickly, packaged very well, the laptop was as described if not better than described, and the price was very competitive with similar listings. It has only been a day but I have not experienced any issues and am very thankful for the seller providing a great experience with zero hassle. You're the man!
