  The shipping spot on on time it was packaged simply and a cardboard box. The item was as described an easy to put together and I believe it was a good value. I only wish it would’ve came with a Cary bag but oh well everything else was great thank you so much.

  Package 📦 arrived as promised I did call the seller to ask if he could hurry since they would be born two 2️⃣ days after I ordered he immediately contacted the fedex to see if he could expedite it N I arrived six pm today exactly two days later her labor started at -2 pm no puppies yet but I hv it set up with all The parts in the picture N a few free items like a feeding kit N a mask for a oxygenator machine thank u 🙏 u guys I give the seller a 10 thumbs 👍 works great came w/2 bulbs 😊
