    I Bought a German Shepherd Dog Christmas Ornaments from this seller, they then sent me a lovely email saying “sorry to inconvenience me but my item did not get through customs and could they refund me”. I sent an email to them saying “if they could do that it would be very kind of them”. They sent a very nice email saying they were issuing the refund, and 7 days later the refund was in my account. This seller has shown Great Communications and Great Customer Service and I Very Highly Recommended

    The item arrived quickly but there was a picking error and I was given 3 of one torch and 1 very similar one. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond with a refund on the mistaken item. I find that really encouraging. Mistakes occasionally happen and this one was really easy to understand how. Knowing which sellers are prompt with responses and deal with any issues appropriately is really important. Highly recommended seller.
