    Item shipped super fast and was well packaged to protect against damage and the elements. Due to ***no*** fault of the seller, item was temporarily lost in USPS systems, and seller was both quick to respond and to offer help for my Lost Package search. Item's exactly as pictured, in fantastic shape, and well priced. Shadow High brand fashions are currently great quality, and this coat's so pretty! I'm glad I was able to buy it separate since I don't want the doll, but love this coat! Thank you!

    The seller did such a fantastic job of packing the 3 dolls! They were individually wrapped in lots of bubble wrap, then were cocooned in even more bubble wrap! They arrived in perfect condition and all 3 look marvelous! The 2 girls look so sweet and lovely, while the prince is quite handsome. Their clothes are in beautiful shape, too. The price for all three was very nice and the shipping was sweet. I am very pleased with the quality and design of the dolls and the excellent service!

    Arrived in a bubble mailer wrapped in paper, not the best. A box would have cost the same and been much safer. Item is as shown, although more solid than expected. Nothing more to say.

    Item came as described and was nicely packaged with so much care. Shipping took a little bit to get here but it is not the sellers fault. Also the seller included a cute sticker of the doll I ordered as well, which was a fun surprise. Highly recommend this seller and will for sure order again from her shop in the future.
