Part of the item did not fit correctly; however, the seller understood and is sending me a new piece that will fit. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and will tell my sewing friends about the shop; prices are great. A shop in Frankfort sells the same item for $100 more; it appears to be identical to this one selling for much less. I will save this seller for future purchases in my e-bay.

The deduction for shipping is because the package was addressed incorrectly resulting in a ten-day delay from the projected arrival time. The seller's communication was prompt and errors can happen, so I would order from this seller again... but I may also include a note to please double-check the address before UPS picks it up. ;)
