    I purchased the advertised 'double pack' but was sent only one in error. The issue was resolved on a timely basis and the seller issued a refund for one item I did not receive. Otherwise. my shopping experience with the seller was positive with the purchased item being as described and what I wanted. Thank you.

    The spread arrived damaged, the packaging had been sliced with a sharp object and cut the spread. Both e-bay and the seller were great - they refunded the cost and I was able to get the spread repaired in time (this was for a terminally ill patient, to keep her warm!)
