  I bought a vintage sewing machine that was extremely heavy. The item arrived with a lot of damage that apparently happened during shipping. I contacted the seller and within 10 minutes, he had initiated a refund. Anyone can get good "marks" when a transaction goes perfectly. A great seller is one who handles problems professionally.
