  My item never showed up and eBay saying it's it not eligible for a refund or another item due to it's posted as delivered to me and so they just got 215 from me and I didn't receive so I'm out of money thanks eBay money guarantee that's a lie

  I Think Seller Didn't Like They Sold It To Me For $9.99, So The Seller Never Shipped, The Tracking Says Pending The Post Office Never Recieved The Item, USPS Was Waiting On The Seller, Seller Never Communicated With Me Until I Contacted The Seller About The Item That Never Got Delivered, All Seller Told Me Was To Contact Ebay, That's It? No Help At All & Now They Relisted The Item For $139.99, Beware Scammers.
