  Product shipping package was damaged, and missing 2 out of 5, piece's. Two lugs are missing. The package is a tin plastic bubble wrap. The metal parts broke through the shipping plastic package! Ordered on October 26,2025. Arrived today Friday 31,2025. And arrived damaged. please print out the return label and a true (Tracking- Number) Thank you!

  I've had these shift knobs before and they're good quality. The seller has been very good about communicating issues with the delivery. By no fault of the seller, the item is delayed by close to 2 weeks, my package has been sitting at the Palmetto Georgia post office because that hub location is trash, straight garbage I tell ya'! The seller is great, the post office, bot so much, they made this seller look bad, luckily the seller had very good communication. Seller A+++, Post office F---------
