  The product is great as described. The mishap on the shipping was they only sent 1 filter and not 4 as described. After contacting the seller and staying in contact, Janice corrected the order and shipped 4 additional filters to remedy the situation. Shipping and tracking were slow but made it. I would use again and feel they will make good on future orders AA++

  There was a slight issue in which the number of filters ordered was less, but contacted the seller and got them sent. They were new and at a great price. Easy communication. Would recommend.
