  I ordered the item and it was confirmed by the seller. It arrived as scheduled, but the box was in bad condition. I took pics and reported it to the seller. They reached out to me and asked if it was working. I tested the unit, it seemed to be working, but the remote was missing. They offered to refund me $25. I accepted.
