  I am so thrilled with my transaction with Janene. She was so patient with me, explaining how the process of shipping works internationally, and offering a refund for the overage that eBay “estimates”. This is the only seller I know willing to do this. She has exceptional communication and customer service. The items were packing in a sturdy box and were well protected inside. The items were in immaculate condition and I’m so thrilled with my purchase.

  The seller was very kind and responsive to my questions. The shipping for multiple items in one order was combined and partially refunded to reflect the new shipping price, which was amazing. The package arrived promptly and the items were packaged with great care. Every item was in perfect condition. I would order from this seller again! Highly recommend.

  Both items arrived in just as described condition. Packaged well. I believe the shipping fee of $13 is not reflecting the refund for combined shipping. Must be an AI screw up because this seller has geat communication especially for combined shipping. Thank you!

  I’ve purchased from Bargains by Janene a few times now. I never have any problems with anything I’ve purchased. The packaging is really nice and the shipping is combined when you buy certain items. The floor lamp that I bought for my granddaughter’s dollhouse is in excellent condition and is exactly as described! Wonderful value for the money. I’ll definitely purchase from seller again.
