  New battery, good quality, received in excellent condition and very well wrapped - in a small plastic sleeve, within a cardboard box, in another plastic bag, double bubble wrapped in a jiffy bag, showing care and attention from the seller. Arrived with expected timeframe. Exactly as advertised with regards to appearance. Good value for money. Working perfectly in one of my old mobiles.

  Was a bit confused by method of delivery, I was under the impression (as per the listing) the item was to be delivered by Royal Mail. Imagine my surprise to receive emails from EVRi.....! Not surprisingly the timeslot given by this delivery company was changed. This has been my experience of EVRi and is why I would never choose them. . . . The Samsung F480 Tocco mains charger is as described. I am very happy with my purchase but not with the delivery method
