  The group of letters ordered were exactly as described. The original order was lost in transit but the supplier did all they could to try and help trace the package. Their communication was excellent. Shipment of the replacement order was extremely prompt leading to a most satisfactory outcome.

  When advised that my international order had not arrived, the seller immediately refunded and offered a discount on future purchases: what a genuinely nice gesture which I appreciate. I'll be happy to shop here again as I know the seller is genuine, with great products, competitively priced and promptly posted at minimal cost (If only the postal system was as reliable as the seller).

  10 bulbs sent from China to Australia in a grey bag. Arrived in great time however were in about a million pieces. They would have been good value for money but I couldn't use them. Seller DID refund me so no bad feelings. Note to seller packing in a small box would have worked.
