At first I thought my package got lost because DHL marked it as delivered but I didn’t receive the item. I contact the seller immediately and they helped me started a claim. 3 days later the package got delivered to my address!!! The seller was so great, they also promised me can I’ll get compensation if the package was lost. The item is so pretty too!! This is no doubt my favorite bag:)
