I didn’t open it, however, because I ended up having to scrap my car instead. I reached out in good faith for a refund, and without hesitation, the seller provided a refund process for me to follow through eBay. It was rapped with plastic and tightly banded to the pallet the packaging was great. It got here quicker than was expected. The cost of the Transmission was better than I could find elsewhere, great value!! I have it installed in my Yukon Hybrid and it solved the issues with the vehicle. A++
