Messaged about a part for my trolling motor and got a lighting fast response letting me know it would not fit. Then proceeded to ask questions about the part I needed. We exchanged a few messages and photos and by the next day they had what I needed. Once purchased shipping was lighting fast and beautifully packed. Trolling motor is back up and running like new. Super fair on price!
